INCA SKY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

INCA SKY E.I.R.L. is an intermediary agency for the clients. Our function is to arrange the services provided by hotels, tourist transportation, airlines (in case you buy with the company), train tickets and / or any independent firm. INCA SKY E.I.R.L. has no control over these operators, so in the tours arranged our travel agency acts on behalf of our clients.
The client accepts that INCA SKY E.I.R.L. is not responsible and has no obligation for those services offered not foreseen in natural disasters such as: Very strong weather change conditions. The client also acknowledges that INCA SKY E.I.R.L. will not be responsible for those services offered not foreseen in case of strikes, accidents, political demonstrations or any other public act out of INCA SKY E.I.R.L.’s control.
INCA SKY E.I.R.L. reserves the right to accept or not any reservation request from any client, to any tour or tour package or to cancel or change such services, if circumstances so warrant. The request of any type of service requested to our travel agency will be understood with the consent of these conditions.

PRICES AND RATES

All prices and rates are expressed in U.S. dollars including taxes for non-resident clients in Peru and are subject to change without prior notice, until payment and confirmation of availability has been made.
Our prices and rates are per person, subject to availability and do not include extras not specified in the quotations, therefore, it is the responsibility of the client to verify the services included in each quotation.

ITINERARY

INCA SKY E.I.R.L. reserves the right to make, without previous notice, modifications in the order of the excursions or trips, due to weather conditions, river levels, arrival or departure time of planes, buses or trains or any other relevant reason, which will guarantee a good trip.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to confirmation once the total payment for the services has been received. In case there is a specific agreement between the agency and the client, the reservation can be confirmed with a partial payment; however, the total payment must be made before the beginning of the services.
Payments for our services can only be made according to our payment methods. Once the reservation is confirmed, this information will be sent to our client through our e-mail.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made through Izypay.

DOCUMENTATION

It is the responsibility of the client to keep his passport or other travel document requested by INCA SKY E.I.R.L. according to Peruvian law. In order to make reservations, the following information will be required from each client. Full name, passport number, nationality, sex, age. It is recommended to inform allergies preferably in food.

OBLIGATIONS

In case any service cannot be provided due to an error of INCA SKY E.I.R.L, it will be limited to the real cost of the omitted services and excludes all the consequences or indirect costs, in that eventual case the agency will put its best effort to provide some solution of equal value to the service not provided.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For any cancellation of the services by the client before 90 days from the beginning of the services, it is subject to a penalty of 150 US Dollars of the non-refundable deposit plus 30 US Dollars for administrative expenses per person.
For any cancellation of the services by the client less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the services, it is subject to a penalty of 50% of the package tour price plus a US$25 administrative fee per person.
When the cancellation by the client is less than 30 days before the date of commencement of the services is subject to a penalty of 100% of the value of the package tour.
In case of train tickets, no refund or reimbursement will be granted, even if they are included in the tour package.
In case of force majeure such as pandemic, serious accident or serious illness that must be supported with a document that proves it, there will be a 75% refund.

HOTELS

Hotel reservations can only be confirmed if full payment for the services has been confirmed (unless expressly agreed with the reservation agent or salesperson). In case a specific agreement has been reached between the agency and the client, the reservation can be confirmed with a partial payment.
The client will only need to show up at the hotel with the confirmation code and identify himself/herself with his/her passport (in case of being a foreigner) or with his/her national identity card (in case of being Peruvian). In case breakfast or any other meal is included in the rate offered by the hotel, this will be clearly specified. The client must comply with the established schedules for check-in and check-out and for the consumption of meals according to the hotel’s policy. Any extra consumption not clearly specified as
clearly specified as included will have to be paid directly by the client and will be the sole responsibility of the client.
